Children in Grades 1-6 gather with the whole community in the main body of the church to begin worship together.

 

Shortly into the service the children will be called to the front of the church, prayed for, and invited to participate in Kids’ Word.

Teachers and students then exit and go to their classrooms downstairs (Grades 1-2, Grades 3-4 and Grades 5-6). At 10:15 the teachers will lead their classes back upstairs so that children can join their families in time for Holy Communion.

 

If it is your first time at St. John’s please come with your child to their classroom. There are plenty of kind teachers and volunteers to help you on your first Sunday with us.
